Valhalla Golf Club - A Golf Course Created to Make History
In Norse mythology, the souls of Viking warriors feasted with the gods in the great hall of Valhalla. In the spirit of this legend, the Valhalla Golf Club in Louisville, Kentucky was built to be a world-class golf course meant for hosting major golf championships. In 1981 Dwight Gahm, a Louisville entrepreneur and golf lover, along with his three sons Walt, Gordy and Phil, commissioned golf champion and course designer Jack Nicklaus to design and build a private golf facility on 489 acres 20 miles east of Louisville. If You’ve Hit Your Golf Driver Perfectly Once, You Can Do It Every Time
Picture yourself standing on the tee box of your favorite short 4 par. You’ve got your driver in hand. This hole is designed with risk-reward written all over it. If you hit it long and straight, you can get very near or maybe on the green with your driver to set up for an easy birdie. If you mis-hit it, you are looking at hazards or o/b and a balloon score.

Left-Handed Golf Instruction
The world’s population may be 10 to 15% lefties, but there are not many left-handed golfers. The main reason is that most of them prefer to stick to right-handed golf. In addition, it used to be quite difficult to come across left-handed instruction manuals and left-handed golf clubs.
But that is a thing of the past now, since more and more golf instruction manuals are being targeted to lefties. The top coach Steve Anderson has authored the book ‘On the Other Hand’, which is meant for left-handed golfers. Bob Charles is one of the best left-handed golfers in the world and he has put together an instruction video, the only one of its kind, to give insight on how he achieved
